A woderful place to spend a day. Exhibits are always top notch. We love the book store and the food court which serves gellato, and gourmet fair.

Absolutely love spending time in both buildings. For locals: if you arrive around 3pm you can always get a free parking place on the Mall. Spend 2 1/2 hours in the museum and then have a picnic. No traffic going home. I used to take the kids out of school an hour early, visit the museum, and then meet their Dad for dinner. Great times.
