I used to visit this aquarium on my lunch hour, when I worked across the street. This may be confusing to tourists--it is IN the Department of Commerce building--and if you are already in the area it is fun to see. It is right by the Washington Monument and American History Museum. This is MUCH smaller than the one in Baltimore, or Sea World. No whales splashing you in this one. Think fascinating tropical fish in tanks.
