This is a charming little theater, intimate compared to many, and it's impossible to watch the show without glancing at the private boxes where Lincoln was shot... there is a small museum which has the clothing Lincoln was wearing, and you can still see bloodstains on the collar of his coat. It was a pivotal time in our nation's history, and Reconstruction would probably have been much different had Lincoln lived. A moving tribute to a great man, but... also a very real theater.
